Mandata Traffic Management System (TMS) is our integrated system that allows us to control distributions flows in an efficient and secure way with real time updates on movements.

Our Customer interface comes via our Web-Portal. This allows customers to input and edit individual consignments online via a unique set of credentials. Deliveries are updated in real time so that customers can rest assured that their consignments are on route and on time. Vehicles are satellite tracked with POD’S are viewable online with an e-mail confirmation and signature sent to the customer in real time just as the pallet is delivered.

Mandata Warehousing Management System -  is our warehousing software solution . We are able to share real-time stock information which gives our customers real-time on-line access, reporting and control of stock levels including live pallet and item level track and trace of progress in warehouse.

It offers full detailed reporting, full inventory control reports and movement histories, which are easily accessible as well as customisable customer invoicing and perpetual inventory control and reporting. For order processing we are both able to link into customers own systems and integrate their order processing with our own, or alternatively receive your data in any format. Reporting can be tailored to each customers individually needs. Most customers require specific KPI’s which we are able to supply in a variety of formats to suit.
